Loin of Pork: slow-roasted, stuffed with marinated dried fruits:
(tart cherries, cranberries, tropical fruits) then drizzled with sauces!

Select steaks: iron-skillet seared, finished with green peppercorn,
Dijon mustard and brandy flambéed!

Lamb Chops or Venison Steaks: broiled to perfection!

Salmon brushed with apricot mustard and broiled
Trout (or other delicate fish) poached in white wine and herb.

Sample Vegetable Recommendations:
Sauté of peppers and squash, colorful with a variety of sauces!
Asparagus, steamed with lemon or Hollandaise
Rice pilaf or baked potato / various pasta selections
